Indications:
A monovalent suspension vaccine is indicated for protection against foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) in cattle, buffalo, sheep, goats, and camels.
Composition:
SAT 1 Topotype 3 (Botswana) ≥ 6 PD50
Dosage and administration:
A single dose of 2 mL is administered subcutaneously in cattle, buffalo, and camels, and a dose of 1 mL is administered subcutaneously in sheep and goats.
Vaccination should be repeated every 6 months.
Precautions:
To ensure active immunity and to reduce clinical signs, animals should be vaccinated starting from 2 months of age.
Animals vaccinated for the first time should receive a booster dose 3 weeks later.
Protective immunity begins 2–4 weeks after vaccination.
Neutralizing antibodies persist for at least 6 months.
In emergency situations requiring mass vaccination, target species may be vaccinated as early as 2 weeks of age.
This vaccine does not suppress maternal antibody levels and can be used in pregnant and lactating animals.
Adverse reactions:
No adverse effects were observed in safety evaluations or toxicological studies.
Anaphylactic shock may occur in rare cases.
In some cases, symptomatic treatment should be considered.
Body temperature may temporarily increase.
In some cases, inflammation may be observed at the injection site.

Storage conditions:
Store and transport protected from light and refrigerated at 2–8 °C.
Do not freeze.
Shelf life:
18 months from the date of manufacture.
After opening, the vaccine must be used within 6–8 hours.
