Vaccine Composition:
Formulated with MARCOL 52 adjuvant, which stimulates nonspecific immunity and does not cause any local reaction at the injection site.
Before inactivation, the HA titers of strains were: RE-6 ≥ 9 log₂ and RE-8 ≥ 8 log₂.
Dosage and Administration:
Intramuscular injection into the breast muscle or subcutaneous injection in the neck area.
Chickens: Two doses – at 2–5 weeks of age: 0.3 ml; above 5 weeks of age: 0.5 ml
Ducks: Two doses – at 2–5 weeks of age: 0.5 ml; above 5 weeks of age: 1 ml
Geese: Two doses – at 2–5 weeks of age: 0.5 ml; above 5 weeks of age: 1.5 ml
A minimum interval of 4 weeks should be maintained between the first and second doses.
Storage Conditions:
Store at 2–8 °C and keep awayfrom light.
Avoid freeze.
Shelf Life:
