ADMINISTRATION/MODE OF USE/DOSE:
1) The vaccine can be applied by the eye, nasal or beak routes by drop instillation. The vaccine is presented in 30 ml vials, and drops of 0.03 ml are applied into the eye, nostril or beak by using the vial dropper
This individual application method guarantees that all the chicks from the the same flock uniformly receive the recommended optimal dose
It is recommended that the vaccine application through the eye, nostril or beak be made at the same time that beaks are trimmed (3 to 8 days of age) for labor-saving purposes

ADVERSE REACTIONS:
The seven Eimeria species that make up this vaccine are genetically stable and of extreme low virulence and thus incapable of inducing a post-vaccine reaction nor a clinical outbreak. In case of inadequate vaccine conservation, or incorrect vaccine application, or a biosecurity failure, a clinical reaction of a variable severity degree may occur, and in such a case it is recommended to use an anticoccidial medication in theaffected birds.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
The vaccine should not be used in chickens with malnourishment, weakness or with intercurrent diseases (coryza, salmonellosis, OCR and others), since their physiological resistance may be much lowered and may not respond satisfactorily to the immunization process
SPECIAL WARNING(S):
Special warnings for each target species:
Vaccination should be carried out during morning hours, avoiding the hottest afternoon period.
All susceptible chickens from a flock must be vaccinated during the same day. If this is not possible, the non-vaccinated birds must be kept strictly separated for their easy identification when resuming vaccination
The satisfactory results from the use of this vaccine may ultimately be influenced by factors outside our direct control, such as its conservation, its management, its method of administration, flock litter control, and the health status of the vaccinated flock.
