Indications:
Active immunization of poultry against Infectious Bronchitis.
Composition:
One vaccine dose contains the following viruses, strain H-120
Infectious Bronchitis Virus, strain B-07(793 B)
Dosage Form:
Lyophilized tablet.
Immunological Properties:
7 to 10 days after administration, the vaccine induces adequate immunity, providing protection for vaccinated chicks for a duration of 6 to 7 weeks.
Precautions (During Laying Period):
The vaccine has no effect on laying performance, fertility, or hatchability.
Drinking water must not contain chlorine ions, iron, antibiotics, or disinfectants. The outlets of devices as well as drinkers should be washed without using disinfectant solutions.
Dosage and Administration:
_Coarse Spray Method:
Dim the indoor light to a minimum.
Spray from a distance of 30–40 cm above the chicks’ heads.
Dissolve 1000 doses of the vaccine in 300–500 ml of cool, chlorine-free water.
_Intraocular / Intranasal Method:
Administer one drop per bird into the nasal mucosa or conjunctiva using a standard dropper.
Dissolve 1000 doses of the vaccine in 30–50 ml of normal saline.
Withdrawal Period: None.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry, dark place at a temperature of 2–8 °C.
Shelf Life:
18 months.
