
INDICATIONS:
Active immunisation of chickens against Infectious coryza caused by Avibacterium paragallinarum. The first vaccination must be performed at 6 weeks of age. The booster vaccination isrecommended before lay (16 weeks of age).
Composition:
Each dose of 0.5 ml contains:
Inactivated cultures of Avibacterium paragallinarum serotype A,
strain 0083: ≥ 2.3 log2 HI*
Inactivated cultures of Avibacterium paragallinarum serotype B,
strain 0222: ≥ 2.3 log2 SAT**
Inactivated cultures of Avibacterium paragallinarum serotype C,
strain Modesto: ≥ 2.3 log2 SAT.
* HI = Haemagglutination Inhibition units after injection of chickens with 1 dose
** SAT = Slow serum agglutination test units after injection of chickens with 1 dose
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not use in unhealthy birds.
Do not use in cases of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.
DVERSE REACTIONS:
Clinical reactions are not observed if the healthy animals are vaccinated. A slight temporary swelling may be observed at the injection site.
If serious adverse reactions or reactions not mentioned in the leaflet occur, please inform the physician.
DOSAGE FOR EACH SPECIES, ROUTES AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION:
Administration route: subcutaneously (back of the neck) or intramuscularly (breast).
Dose: 0.5 ml
Layers and breeders from 6 weeks of age.
First vaccination at 6 weeks of age.
Booster dose at 16 weeks of age before the laying period.
SPECIAL WARNINGS:
Special warnings for each target species: Vaccinate healthy animals only.
Special precautions for use in animals: None.

To the user:
This product contains mineral oil. Accidental injection/ self-injection may result in severe pain and swelling, particularly if injected into a joint or finger, and in rare cases could result in the loss of the affected finger if prompt medical attention is not given. If you are accidentally injected with this veterinary medicinal product, seek prompt medical advice even if only a very small amount is injected and take the package leaflet with you. If pain persists for more than 12 hours after medical examination, seek medical advice again.
To the physician:
This product contains mineral oil. Even if small amounts have been injected, accidental injection with this product can cause intense swelling, which may, for example, result in ischaemic necrosis and even the loss of a digit. Expert, PROMPT, surgical attention is required and may necessitate early incision and irrigation of the injected area, especially where there is involvement of finger pulp or tendon.
Use during pregnancy, lactation or lay:
Do not use during the laying period and 4 weeks before the laying period.
Incompatibilities:
Do not mix with any other veterinary medicinal product.

Store in a refrigerator (2 °C – 8 °C). Do not freeze.
