Indications:
The inactivated emulsion vaccine against Newcastle disease (ND Izo) is administered at a dose of 0.1 ml to induce immunity and reduce mortality caused by Newcastle disease.
Vaccine Composition:
This vaccine is an inactivated oil-adjuvanted injectable emulsion. Each 0.1 ml dose contains the inactivated Newcastle virus of the lentogenic LaSota strain, with each dose equivalent to 10.2 EID₅₀.
Contraindications: None
Dosage and Administration:
For one-day-old broiler chicks, a 0.1 ml dose is recommended via intramuscular injection in the thigh, along with the live IZOVAC B1 HITCHNER vaccine (administered via spray), or via subcutaneous injection in the lower neck area.
In layer and broiler breeder flocks, vaccination is recommended at 10–15 weeks of age, with a booster dose at 18 weeks before the onset of the laying period.
Can be administered regardless of the presence or absence of maternal immunity.
Withdrawal Period: None
Storage Conditions:
Store at 2–8°C and protect from light.
Allow the vaccine to reach room temperature before use.
Shelf Life:
2 years from the date of production.
Once opened, use within 10 hours.
