Indications for Use:
Vaccination of pregnant cows to prevent enteric diseases caused by Rotavirus, Coronavirus, and enteropathogenic E. coli.
When administered to pregnant cows, it protects newborn calves from fatal diarrhea during the first days after birth.
Composition:
This vaccine is prepared from inactivated Coronavirus and Rotavirus, as well as an inactivated pathogenic strain of E. coli.
Contraindications:
Do not use in animals with febrile (fever-related) diseases.
Side Effects:
None reported.
Dosage and Administration:
Intramuscular injection, preferably in the gluteal region.
Administer 2 mL twice before calving, with an interval of 21 days between doses.
First injection: approximately 5–7 weeks before calving
Second injection: 2–4 weeks before calving
Withdrawal Period:
None.
Pharmacological Properties:
Vaccination and revaccination of pregnant cows with Kolibin RC Neo induce specific antibodies against bacterial and viral antigens.
These antibodies are transferred to newborn calves via maternal immunity through colostrum, thereby providing intestinal mucosal protection in young animals.
Precautions:
-Bring the vaccine to 15–25°C before use and shake the vial well.
-Disinfect and dry the injection site.
-Perform a deep intramuscular injection.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dark place at 2–8°C.
Do not freeze.
Shelf Life:
After opening: use within 10 hours
Unopened vial: 24 months
