Packing :

Packaged in Type II glass bottles of 5, 25, 50, and 100 ml, and polypropylene plastic bottles of 50 and 100 ml.
1 vial contains 1 dose (5 ml).
10 vials contain 1 dose each (50 ml total).
1 vial contains 5 doses (25 ml), 10 doses (50 ml), or 20 doses (100 ml).

Product Specifications

Indications:
An inactivated vaccine intended for use in pregnant cows and heifers to induce passive immunity in newborn calves against diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli, rotavirus, and coronavirus.
Composition:
Each 5 ml dose of the vaccine contains:
Inactive bovine rotavirus (BRV) Strain G6 P(1)... ELISA ≥ 2.1 log 10
Inactive bovine rotavirus (BRV) Strain G10 P(1)... ELISA ≥ 2.1 log 10
Inactive bovine rotavirus (BRV) Strain G8 P(1)... ELISA ≥ 2.1 log 10
Inactive bovine coronavirus (BCOV) Strain... ELISA ≥ 2.1 log 10
Inactive E.coli EC (OIOI : H-K99+F4+) Strain... SAT ≥ 2.2 log 10
Inactive E.coli : IIA (O? : H-K99+:,F(Y)+) Strain... SAT ≥ 2.2 log 10
Dosage and Administration:
The vaccine is administered twice to pregnant cows:
• First dose: 5 ml during the 7th or 8th month of pregnancy
• Second dose: 5 ml, administered 3 weeks after the first injection
For subsequent pregnancies, it is recommended to administer a single 5 ml dose 3 to 6 weeks before calving.
Withdrawal Period: None
Storage Conditions:
Store at 2–8°C, protected from sunlight.
Do not freeze.
Shelf Life:
2 years from the date of manufacture.
